CLOTHING

We want you to adore your Your Sweet Love Store purchases and cherish them for a lifetime. 

If for any reason your purchase isn’t perfect, you are welcome to return it within 10 days of receiving your order in exchange for a store credit. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds.
Items need to be returned to us in original condition with original packaging, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage, this will come out of the store credit voucher we will issue upon receiving your return. We do not refund original shipping charges. 

 

FOOTWEAR 

Please try on footwear on soft surfaces. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. If you received a shoe box, this must also be returned with the shoes in original condition.

RETURNS PORTAL

We only accept returned items that have been booked using our returns portal which can be found here.
 

Returns must be submitted using your order number (without the #,  your order number will be on the confirmation email received at time of purchase) and the post code (zip) associated with the shipping address.

A returns label will be generated, please print this off and place it on your package.

Take the parcel to the nearest Australia Post outlet. 

All returns must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your returns label. If you fail to do so your return request will be cancelled.

SIZE EXCHANGE

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a store credit when you submit your returns and use this to repurchase.

FAULTY CLOTHING

We apologise if an item you have received is faulty. Please email an image of the fault, along with your full name and order number for review to hello@yoursweetlovestore.com.au

Please note that Australian Consumer Law states, if a minor problem is found with the product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement, or a store credit. 

Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

ALL OTHER RETURN ITEMS

Items other than clothing/footwear can not be returned for change of mind. If your item is incorrect, or faulty please notify us immediately. Photos will need to be provided and the item may need to be returned. Claims can only be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

DISCOUNTS

Discounts are strictly valid for the time period stated and are not redeemable in conjunction with other offers and/or other discounts codes. Please ensure you enter your discount code before checking out, If you fail to enter your discount code upon checkout we are unable to refund the difference afterwards.

SHIPPING

​

Shipping rates are advised upon checkout for orders. You will be provided with a tracking number within an email once your order has been shipped. 

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
We ensure all packaging is made from compostable or biodegradable materials.

For International orders please allow 15-25+ business days for packages to arrive,
